Twisk campsite - Service Agreement

Camping supplies rental service:

1. This service is provided by GOGO CAMP (Travelfly development Limited).

2. Camping supplies can only be rented by those who have successfully reserved a campsite (Twisk campsite) during their use of the campground.

3. Camping rental supplies are only suitable for use in Tsuen Kam campsite.

4. When renting camping supplies, please present your identity document or travel document

5. Please check and count the camping supplies immediately after receiving them. If you have any questions, please communicate with the camp staff immediately.

6. Please return the cleaned supplies to the Twisk Campsite Service Counter in person within the designated time.

2 pm to 6 pm on the same day / 10 am to 11 am the next day 

If returned overtime, an extra day's rental fee will be charged

7. If the rental items are damaged or lost, compensation will be based on the price. (Limited to HK$500)

Tsuen Kam Camp Activity Service

Event participant statement: (Note: Travelfly Development Limited; hereinafter referred to as Travelfly)

1) I and other participants acknowledge that this service is provided by Travelfly development Limited.

2) I and other participants understand that the activities organized by Travelfly, the service provider of Twisk Campsite Service Counter, involve physical exercise.

3) As far as I and other participants know and believe, there is no health or other reason that makes me unfit to participate in this event Activity. I and other participants are in good health and do not have any existing health or psychological problems or allergies.

4) I and other fellow participants voluntarily participate in this event and understand that some activities are risky. Travelfly will not be held responsible for any injuries or accidents while traveling.

5) I and other fellow participants are willing to accept and fully bear the risks and dangers that may result in personal injury, death, and property damage. or loss. Waiver of any and all claims, legal actions, fees, expenses and demands that Iand other fellow participants may have against Travelfly.

6) I and other fellow participants acknowledge and agree that Travelfly shall not be held liable in the following circumstances (but not limited to):

     i) any personal loss or injury;

     ii) Any direct or indirect losses (regardless of personal injury or property damage).

     iii) I and other participants are responsible for the safety of their belongings. Travelfly or any relevant coaches or staff are not responsible for any damage or theft that occurs before or during the trip.

7) I and other participants agree that Travelfly has the right to change the activity due to weather conditions, participants' personal abilities, or venue arrangements. , everything is safety first, Travelfly reserves the right to change the activities.

8) I and other fellow participants agree to Follow Travelfly’s guidelines and instructions before and during the event.

9) I and other fellow participants have read and agreed to the above disclaimer and all terms and conditions in detail.
